Henry Waxman (D-CA) today sent a letter to White House chief of staff Joshua Bolten requiring an explanation of a stunning admission by a White House official that no internal investigation was launched following the leak of classified information. The admission was made during a hearing on the outing of former CIA agent Valerie Plame Wilson.
The story that has me the most riled up is the US attorney's firings -- I think it's full of landmine's for the WH -- I'm just hoping it takes Gonzo AND Rover down!!!
I am sooooo tired tonight - I've had insomnia and too much on my mind lately. My husband is putting the little one to bed. But I am going to lay down soon too -- which is something I never do this early. LOL
McCain showed his true political colors when after the nasty drubbing he took from Bush team in the SC primary - thereby giving Bush the nomination - he became practically the Admin lap dog for Bush's reelection. They said worse things about McCain's honor than they did about Kerry's 4 yrs later. These guys are evil. But "party loyalty" made him campaign for Bush.
HAH! You just know Karl Rove promised him all those evangelical votes when it came time for his 2008 run in return for that "loyalty."
Which is perfect. McCain's pandering to the Admin and support for the War will do him in. He's floundering and his people know it, added to his bad temper, and behavior that makes it appear he feels it's his "right" to be the next president.
Yes, he is over and done! LOL Those thugs promise one another everything and then when they get caught they turn around and throw one another under the bus! It's almost comical to watch them! hehe However, they're playing with this country and we have a lot at stake now!
SQ That McCain bus lost its wheels, ran off the road and rolled over a long time ago. McCain is old news and a same-same old panderer. He is recognizable as a man who will say/do anything for a vote. He has no scruples, no ethics and no idea what he believes.
The rumor is that Fred Thompson will run for President, which will really send Law & Order into a tailspin. I wonder if Jack McCoy will be his VP candidate?
