On a previous thread I made the mistake of identifying Rep. Henry Waxman as chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. The chairman of the HJC is, of course Rep. Patrick Leahy. Waxman is chairman of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
ReplyDeleteGonzales will be appearing before Leahy and Waxman has invited Rice to appear before the OGRC on April 18 to answer unanswered questions.
Will she show up? Of course not!
Will Waxman subpoena her? Maybe! Let's wait and see.
Condisleeza will be guilty by her absence in the real world. If you don't believe me try it with the IRS. There is nothing special about Condi since they renamed her oil tanker the Exon Valdez.
