He reports that the neocons working out of Dick Cheney's Office (former Iran Contra spooks) are now funding Al Qaeda linked groups with STOLEN Iraqi Funds in an effort to increase the Sunni-Shia conflict, and apparently no one cares?

This surprises me not a bit. I also would not be surprised to learn the neocons have been egging on terrorists for years, waiting for something like 9-11 so they could have their war.
